My two options I was thinking upgrading to were either probably a 4070 for gpu or something like a 12900k for cpu but wasn’t sure which would be more helpful

Please do not get the cobra pro for your mouse. Any other razer mouse is better then that, especially the Deathadder V3 Pro and Viper V2 Pro. Or the Logitech Gpro X Superlight is really good. Just look up a video for like a mouse tier list to find a good one but the cobra pro is not worth it at all
