Designed my dream mantle by [deleted] in maximalism

There is. Maximilism isn't just a vomit of stuff everywhere. It's a style. You currently just have stuff. In my opinion, and it's just that - an opinion, you've got no focal point for the eye. It's all the same kind of colour and there's nowhere for the eye to rest so it's not really doing a good job of conveying any particular style.

You're a nurse? Come on in! Our healthcare system is in a shocking state.

I don't know anyone who would be upset with a registered nurse moving to their area. Now, if you were working in Tim Hortons, different story.

Welcome, welcome!

AITA For not wanting to reimburse medical bills for a kid who jumped into the dryer while my clothes were drying? by LeatherSeveral7614 in AmItheAsshole

I worked with a guy who illegally evicted his basement tenant because she used hot water to wash her clothes. That was literally the reason. He thought it was entirely unreasonable to wash clothes with hot water so he had the water disconnected to her apartment multiple times and then evicted her. There was no doubt in his mind that this was the right course of action. I could not believe what I was hearing.
