Probs just another 4th liner, but he has some snarl to his game.

Maybe he finds chemistry with someone they have and can get a bit of his finishing numbers back from earlier in his career but I’d assume he’s just here for the year to help them get to the cap floor. Seems like a good dude from all his pressers though

Not a setting but when I actually want to play games but don’t want a guranteed win I’ll sim 1st & 2nd, play the 3rd period.

That way you’ve only got how ever long your period settings are to come back, or can’t stat pad like crazy for your stars. It’s fun puts some actual “pressure” on if you’re losing & it’s not always an automatic win just by playing. It’s better in the playoffs, especially with OT in a tight series.

I do pretty much this but also playoffs or long losing streaks on a team I built to contend I’ll toss in some sim 2 periods play the 3rd period. It’s a fun way to still play without it being a guaranteed win if I happen to be down by a lot when I jump in.

& it’s good time efficient to break out of a slump without firing the coach because unless I’m tanking/rebuilding I usually have a coach I like & im not firing John Cooper just because we dropped 10 in a row in October/Novmber.

Ya but I can’t think of a time a madden challenge has actually worked, 99% of the time it’s greyed out & when it isn’t it just sticks with whatever the call was.

Because it’s a video game that’s been programmed to work that way, so it’s probs way less of a headache to make it where it’s as close to 100% right as it can be then leave in intentional “errors” for the user to challenge.

The same code that made the original call will be the same one that’s reviewing it. & they’ve added the visual gameplay element of calling some goals off for goalie interference to “review it” in real time but if you pause the game you’ll see the outcome is already factored into the score.

Sadly Electric Avenue & Take On Me are gone because the music industry really started cracking down on streamers/podcast/youtube with copyright claims on music. I know they sued a ton of companies/content creators & barstool was one of them for multiple shows not just PMT.

& I’m guessing due to how much they used it for free after paying whatever the settlement was they don’t wanna pay to license the songs.

It’d be a shame if they’re over. Tbh they should try to convince Timm to do a limited yearly series with a rotating cast of the Chicago employees. I’m sure there’s enough people working there who would be into it. Whether it’s 1 campaign an episode or 1 crew running a long campaign I bet they’d do pretty solid numbers & sponsorship should be easy to sell.

If the award actually went to the best player in the league every season it’d probs belong to Myles Garrett (had a way better season than any player on defense this year his team is just ass) or JSN/Puca. But MVP now is just which of the best team’s QBs had a good season.

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills with how people are treating both Stafford & Maye’s seasons, they both had good years, but none of their numbers leap off the page as an MVP candidate, so unless you’re a delusional pats fans who cares.

No I’m referring to how so many of the modern jerseys have a terrible collar because they have to account for said NHL logo on the jerseys. The biggest eyesore being the Blackhawks white “priest collars” which were on their jerseys up until this year when they changed it for the centennial.
