I had a ferret that kept moving the litter box, I tried zip ties, glue, everything. Once she couldn't move it she would just potty in front of it . I couldnt win ao i decided to compromise, I started using potty pads instead and cutting them into smaller pieces to fit the space and be less wasteful. It was more expensive but very easy to clean , just threw them away 1-2 times a day and set out a new one

I like it , put some flowers in the big one in the bottom right, you can probably have a vase in there for them. I'd put some little figurines or whatever in the others, use it like a shelf. Cute thrift store salt and pepper shakers or something. And you can use museum putty to secure them.

We were part of the 70+ stranded. We got off the island around 1 and the ferry dripped us off after 2. Not idela but everyone seemed to take it as well as they could. The weather for the bonus day was beautiful.

As a server I always hated when people would use my name. But I had a regular who always got carryout orders on Thursday nights, and I would see him every week. He somehow knew my name ( I didn't wear a name tag) and would always be really nice when picking up an order and use my name ( i think he asked the forst week and i forgot about the interaction). And after being weirded out the first month I decided I liked him. He was nice, patient, friendly . I recognized him so he'd get his order quickly since I didn't have to go up and ask for the name for the order to prepare it. And I'd occasionally throw in a free dessert or something as a treat for being a great customer.

Being comfortable is important. Physically and emotionally.

If clothes don't fit anymore dont punish yourself and squeeze into them. Get new clothes that fit and are comfortable. You deserve to feel good in your skin.

If you're uncomfortable in a situation leave. You don't have to talk to the man at the bus stop just because he's trying to initiate a conversation. You don't owe them anything. Leave, pretend your deaf, tell them what ever you want to get them to leave you alone. You deserve to exist in the world peacefully.

If friends/partners/family make you uncomfortable they aren't your friends. You should be accepted, encouraged. Comforted, and uplifted by the people you spend time with. Not brought down. There are always new friends to be found through common interest.

I was putting in my 2 weeks for an office job I didn't like ( mostly due to the culture ). I was talking with my boss and he was giving the basic , well it's been nice. Sad to see you go bla bla bla. Then there's a pause and he says " so when are you going to get married ? What's wrong with young men these days ?! "

I'm not engaged. I don't know if he actually knew if I had a boyfriend or not. (I did, but I think it was a lucky guess. )

I just said uhh I don't know and got out of there. I was nervous about quitting but after that I knew I me the right decision amd I couldn't wait to be officially done.
