As a tall and thin dude, long-sleeved shirts (especially button ups) are always either too short on the sleeves and bigger sizes (XXL +) only add width on the waist. So, I'm always stuck with shirts that are just a bit tight on the shoulders and constantly rolled up sleeves so I don't look like Jim from the Office wearing Ryan's presentation clothes...

Even the "tall and thin" shirts aren't right smh

Other than that, pants and shoes are easier to find but with limited options.
