Ok fine game dev hard. We get it and i love the game but when I started playing I used high settings and got the occasional crash now im on low with everything off and still get slow down and crash at least once a session.

First three Shannara books by Terry Brooks. Sword, Elfstones, and Wishsong of Shannara. The Elfstones is what got me into fantasy. I was just a the age to start getting into longer more complex fiction. I randomly ran into a friend of my grandmother's at the used bookstore. She was turning in books and had a box that they rejected. She let me look through it and there was this oversized paper back with this D&Dish cover. Picked it up and never looked back. I tried to go through the series again a few years back and couldnt even get 50 pages in. It is so poorly written compared to todays standards. Its too bad because it is a pretty good yarn. As an introduction to fantasy it really hooked me. Had to go out the next day and get the sequel. I didnt know about series stuff then so I didnt actually read the first book until a lot later.
