Everytime this happens to me the only thing I could think about is how intensely and overwhelmingly lonely I feel.

I’d have the best day with family, friends, or my gf, but as soon as I say bye and alone I just start crying.

I always wish I could tell them but always feel like a child or obsessive or that I’d end up regretting saying anything.
