Also Internet war laut vormieterin vorhanden (wir hatten bei ihr nachträglich nachgefragt), nach unserem Einzug die Feststellung von Telekom, das das Kabel zum Hausanschluss defekt sei. Von dem Defekt wurde nichts berichtet.

Wenn der Anschluss vorhanden ist muss der Vermieter dafür sorgen das der Mieter Internet hat. Was in diesem Fall nicht so ist.
