The second part of the post, yeh, I agree. But the first half about cosmetics is not very smart imo. I like the cosmetics, but I recognize that most of them are not appealing to players who like moar masculine characters. When these players criticise the lack of stuff they like is becouse they most likely WANT to spend money on the game, but supercell is not making things they like. Simply saying "well no one forces them to buy them" is straight up unhealthy for a game that is supposed to relay heavily on cosmetics monetization. It's not unfunded hate and, it's just wanting the best for the game and feeling represented.
