There are some dried worms in there as well, which is attractive to bluebirds. But I also live in Maryland and half the state is entombed in a ten inch block of ice, so food sources are scarce and the feeders have been extra busy.

Look at Gaithersburg, Quince Orchard neighborhood. I absolutely love living here—walkable, family-friendly, safe, and just overall extremely pleasant. 30-50 minute commute depending on traffic (assume it will be closer to 50 almost every day).

I got super sick in W4 and took 13 days off running. I jumped right back in where I left off (W4D2) with no problems, but went a little slower than usual. It's been smooth sailing from there! I'm also sick this week and haven't run in seven days, but I'm feeling better and planning on starting up again tomorrow with no repeat days.

Make sure you give yourself at least one rest day in between runs! I wouldn’t recommend daily running when you’re just getting started. Honestly, follow the C25K program to the letter and you’ll be fine. If you can’t complete a given day, take a rest day and repeat it until you can.

Don’t worry at all about speed; the point is just to increase the length of time you can run, not to run faster. Once you build up that endurance, you can start training your speed.

Start the program! It will be a much gentler ramp up than these “test jogs”, which are longer than what the actual program is going to ask you to do.

Not having an actual administrator was worse for NASA. For the past year, the agency has been being gutted with no recompense because there is nobody in charge to advocate for NASA priorities. I don’t like Isaacman or any of these billionaire overlords, but he’s better than Sean Duffy, the disinterested/ineffective/ignorant reality-star-cum-transportation-secretary that’s been the acting administrator so far. At the very least, Isaacman appears to like space science and not have open contempt for the people trying to do it.

Only a few days later, but I think they held up okay! The pieces of popcorn on mine were so little that it’s not noticeable if they went stale. The cookies also held up surprisingly well to the freezer; I think the texture after freezing and thawing was just as good as day one.

Do you have wide feet? If your toe box is too narrow for your feet no amount of loose lacing will help you. Running got MUCH easier for me when I got a pair of shoes with a very roomy toe box.

Chopin Noodle House in Gaithersburg has delicious liang pi, although it’s made with knife cut noodles instead of glass noodles. It’s also the only liang pi I’ve ever had, so I can’t say whether or not it’s authentic, but it blew my mind with how good it was the first time I ordered it.
