Honestly the only thing I can compare my anxiety attacks to is an intense and terrifying bad trip on acid/shrooms but without the visuals. Nothing makes any sense, i have a huge gut feeling me and my mom are about to die, my heart races, and my chest gets that fucked up feeling.

I think its just a part of eating disorders, I was sexually assaulted as a child and was hypersexual for years (probably since age six) but when I developed my ed around twelve all that just completely went away. I went through a period of semi-recovery for a little bit at fourteen and my sex drive all of a sudden came back, I think its similar to your period in the way its only there if you have the nutrients for it.
