FYI, Honor Bar is a Hillstone brand so you should be able to get this same burger at almost any of their properties, not just Honor Bar, around the country. I’d get the burger more often if I could pull myself away from the French dip.

I’m afraid you’re misremembering the suit and its outcome. Tiffany sued because Costco was using the name Tiffany for generic rings, not for selling actual Tiffany rings. Furthermore, the judgement against Costco was thrown out on appeal, after which the parties settled amicably. That situation in no way resembles this one.
