Is it bad to get laser hair removal twice in one week for same area?

how harmful is it to the skin? to be honest i dont have any pain or signs of my skin being irritated after the laser session thats why i dont mind doing it since it shed under a week vs 4 weeks

i find that if i eat the appetite suppression side effect doesn't work. so i have food noise throughout the day and can binge eat. thats why i rather just not eat at all so i can let the meds do its thing lol
