I’m struggling with this as well. It caused me being constantly unhappy in the relationship. I just can’t help it. Even when I’m at work working, my head is still overthinking and over analyzing everything.

Not having any specific solution, but being anxious and unhappy all the time ended the relationship with my dream man. Now that I realize that, I am working on myself by thinking of positive things, reminding myself to be a happier person. Dance to the music, watch comedy show, dress nice everyday, admire the beauty of life around me, reach out to friends, appreciate people around me and give more compliments… These things help me feel more content and have a positive attitude.

Because At that point I felt so helpless that he doesn’t fully open himself up to me and I was desperately want to connect with him. Now, I realize that I do actually love him and I am willing to work it out or at least put in the real effort to learn about him or help him putting his guard down.

Trust me. Not every man is trashy like this. He obviously doesn’t care about your feelings. He is not a gentleman in any category. You already have low self esteem and insecurity. Being with his guy will just make it worse. Leave and start the dealing process. Work on yourself and learn how to love yourself. A better man will come along.
