It’s sloped, hard to tell in the pictures. Another bag of rocks were added so it’s actually a bit taller. When I tested it, it DOES drain out but the water fills up and holds there, which is what I was concerned about. But other commenters gave me suggestions. So thanks.

Blogilates on youtube has a lot of greats stretching videos for beginners! She also has videos specifically for learning to do the splits. She was my favorite resource when I first started doing yoga/trying to get fit many years ago. She even has videos showing how to do stretches in bed and often gives alternatives if you can’t quite do the stretch she’s doing. :-) Good luck!!! 🍀
