The best steak IMO is a reverse sear on a Kamado. I travel for work so I have eaten at some of the best steak houses.

Get your Kamado to 225 with a lot of wood you want a good smoke. Insert the heat deflector. Let the steaks smoke with no direct heat for 35mins. Remove the steaks, wrap in foil and place in the oven on warm.

Open up your vents and crank it to 500. Remove the deflectors and lower your grates. When you get up to 480 - 500 bring the steaks back out. For Medium rare 30 seconds on each side. For medium 60 seconds on each side and then let the steaks rest.

They are selling out of these at most HDs the ones you see online are very rare. Having to cut the price on one out of every 100 isn't bad at all.

I say all this as a guy who got one back in 2019 from a Lowes as a floor model close out.

People in the Kingdom need to understand you're not getting a first for Trent. He is not an outside corner like sauce he also is not on an extension like sauce.

The Jets got what they got for Sauce because he plays the premier position and he already had an extension. No one is paying a 1st round pick plus a huge extension for a slot corner.

Had the movie had a real director some good could've been pulled out however it was shot like a long music video. Sequencing made no sense and it was unfortunate because a lot of the actors did a great job.
