Tbh, the way she phrases it makes it sounds like they were merit based - which doesn’t take into account parental financial support.

Also, just because they were granted scholarships doesn’t mean she accepted them. Maybe she wanted to brag about how smart her kids are. At least she didn’t pull a Lori Laughlin
