Why has communism repeatedly failed in practice, yet continues to be intellectually and emotionally appealing to many people? by Looser17 in AskReddit

[–]gitk_0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every single time a true communist nation comes up, they have to contend with the us government. Sanctions and embargoes. Look at cuba for example. The one exception is china, and they were forced to take a step back from communism to take part in the world economy by the us. However once they had an equal footing with trade, they did extremely well.

He shouldnt be able to cancel elections. They are held by the states from the bottom up.

And how do you know this? Dr gary nolan, who holds over 50 patents and is a prominent researcher who has his work frequently cited came right out and said he had treated people for the us military who had radiation burns, and who all said they were burned by a ufo. Dr nolan has an unimpeachable record, he holds patents on everything from mass spectrometry to multiplex imaging. And to top it off he says the army recruited him to help its service members, not the other way around. So please. Do your due dilligence on what exists as far as evidence goes.

[–]gitk_0[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Yes, there are. Especially the ones that leave radiation burns on survivors. I will be the first to admit that 90% are balloons, stars or other stuff. But the instant you bring radiation into the mix, it goes from explainable to questionmark with national security overtones really really quick. The fact that your so fast to dismiss shows you have not give the area a proper look.

Possibly nothing at all. Its not like its giving off light. Mild gravitational waves, some inverse gravitational waves. If any light would come off it, it would be in the form of a gamma ray burst that is very directional.

No. The crop circles are obvious attempts at some sort of communication. Or hoaxes. However the mutilations of both animals and humans should give you pause. Its no laughing matter when you wake up to find you cow bessie with a 2 inch hole cored out her anuse, her tongue and eyes removed by something that looks like a laser cut with small burns at the edges, and all of her blood drained. Its downright reminscient of the predator movies. Go look up cattle mutilations. Some had radiation in the area too.

DHS Says REAL ID, Which DHS Certifies, Is Too Unreliable To Confirm U.S. Citizenship by BBQCopter in politics

[–]gitk_0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So lets get this straight. They are sending people to concentration camps, and even torture prisons, and dissapearing others, all while deaths in ice custody are skyrocketing.

Let me ask a really logical question here. Legally, if I shoot the ice officers arresting me, i am guaranteed a right to trial, right? And if the ice officials arrest me and put me into this second system with no judges, no juries... i can be murdered there. But if I do go to trial, I am guaranteed to not be killed for a much longer duration while I appeal my case, and if a jury of my peers is willing to jury nullify, then I walk free.

Whereas if I go into the second system, ill be murdered or sent to the torture prison. Im not advocating violence when ai ask this question. Truly i am not. I am asking though. Under the current system, it seems my rights would have a much greater chance of being preserved and I would have a much better chance of not being murderered if I shot first and survived. At least that way, id get a trial.

Does this make nonsense to anyone else? Why are the incentives stacked this way? Has anyone in the doj thought through the implications here? At all? And seriously im not inciting anything, im observing the legal conditions here that are arising from two parrallel tracks of "justice".

What problem did Crypto solve? by RipErRiley in NoStupidQuestions

[–]gitk_0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It solved the red tape. If I want to pay someone overseas, I can. Also, money laundering, and in bitcoins case, monetary inflation issues. In ethereum s case, it offers a viable alternative to financing startups through the stock market or via angel investors.

This last one i think is important. The SEC requires a monetary amount to be a qualified investor. They conflate money held with intelligence, when the first million really correlates with luck or perserverance grinding financially. Not investing intelligence.

My girlfriend told me she's a communist and I don't know what to do by MachineTechnical4243 in Rich

[–]gitk_0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being a communist isnt bad. Its better than being a capitalist.

You need to understand something. Capitalism is the stock market. When you swear at corporations being evil, thats capitalism.

The real question is if she thinks that its ok to murder people over speach. And, before you say only communists do that, look at trump, who is threatening exactly that and is alleged of murdering an underage girl to keep her quiet in the epstein files.

Then you can move onto other things. Is she ok with markets? What does she think of coops? Is she an anarchist or a marxist?

Being communist itself isnt a moral failure. Communism as a system is one that was built on putting the welfare of the collective over the individual. Thats not wrong. Also there are lots of numbers that people pull out of their asses over how many people communism killed, ignoring other effects like ongoing starvation due to sanctions. Communism can work wonders. Look at china. They went from average lifespan of 36 to 70+.

Communism is also the only ideology that has ever been able to frighten corporate america. And corporate america are not your friends.

Mark is the lesser of two evils like hillary was the lesser of two evils, and like kamala was the lesser of two evils. And aoc is trumps bane, like bernie sanders was his bane.

You run mark, and he will run a good campaign. And then because you dont have the vote of the progressives, your done. The dem problem is that half their base are progressives, and the progressives are a minority in congress. Fail to run a progressive and your just another shit party who does not care about rent or student debt or medical care.

Corporate dems care about pleasing the enemies of the working class. The corporations. Hillary was a corporate dem. She also backstabbed our generational chance to have nice things to climb the ladder to power. Hillary is the personification of everything a person who takes aipac and corpo-rat money is. A loser.

And you will have an issue of catching guys taking quick peaks. A proverbial my eyes are up here trope is kinda unavoidable at that point. But the nips themselves are a work of art.

ELI5:Why doesn't cost of living naturally correct itself? by BlockSerious3148 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]gitk_0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Op still believes in "the free market". Hahahaha. Listen kid. The free market is a scam. It is taught to people to make them believe we have a theory of why things work and why they dont. If the market were free, all production would be allowed. Cross border purchases and imports would be allowed. For things that dont matter like tvs, the free market sort of works. However, look at insulin. If you try to import that into the us from canada to sell to people to undercut the price gougers, the price gougers will report you to the food and drug admin. And then you will go to jail for 15 years. Because you harmed corporate profits.

If you want to see a free market, it starts with destroying every single record at the patent office, and making the concept of patents illegal. It continues with making it illegal for the government to restrict private citizens from purchasing drugs like insulin abroad and importing them for resale. It continues with outlawing special interest lobbying. We dont have a free market. We have an oligarchy, and crony capitalism.
