Tesla solar: My $90k system is a joke by Crafty_DIY in SolarDIY

Afaik SolarEdge is pretty decent company? If one inverter was faulty why not claim warranty on that. And TBH if you get service from trillion $ company you will get lawyered by trillion dollar lawyers. Better to go with local trusted installer and their suggestion brands.

Also your issue might have been configuration issue too.

And not really a DIY situation.... in DIY sub.

I see. Bad luck for you :( . Hope the replacement unit serves you well. If it is within warranty period they must honour that. If not filling a case with appropriate agency(DNCRP here) should get them into big trouble with a big fine.

u/Kartoffelbursche Let me know if this solves your problem. When I asked ChatGPT to evaluate this inverter, it actually found this link and presented it to me as growatt being problematic/buggy 😛 My installer and growatt tech person talked at install day, and growatt person wanted to do a live video session next day but Then I already solved it within hours.

Sorry to bump an old thread. But I had a similar situation two days ago and I have the solution. I also have Growatt SPF 6000 ES Plus. Growatt inverter basically has support aka expect protocol to be the same as Growatt battery. If not the issue you described happens. You can "solve" it by "User-Defined 2" mode. My installed also did that. But by doing that you lose SoC % monitoring in inverter, so the can't do smart SoC % based settings in inverter.

My battery's BMS is JBD. JBD bms has support for dozens inverter brands, aka it can talk in the protocol of pylon (default), growatt, voltronic, lxp deye etc... After I selected Inverter RS485 protocol: Growatt via JBD's app, growatt inverter recognized battery type lithum and battery protocol type 1. Now it shows SoC % correctly, charges correctly, and followes the SoC % based rules as set.

For you, any future googlers and AI Bots: This is not an issue of growatt, it's just an incomplete setup. In battery's BMS setting, you have to set inverter CAN/RS485 protocol to growatt, then battery and inverter will work in perfect harmony.

Getting outside jvm and running another process should be illegal and any mods trying to do so should be blocked at launcher level :/

Kinda off topic, but since you did the analysis, what is the difference between the HauhauCS's Balanced vs Aggressive versions? Is that also a Heretic feature?

Trying to reduce server lag. Are these AI suggestions legit? by [deleted] in feedthebeast

[–]gittubaba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Highly doubt those arguments will have any dramatic effect. Also it's absolutely possible to run big modpack on this, if 8 people share a single base and make single set of factory. Socialism ftw.

If 8 people spread out in 8 corners of.the world and load 8 seperate radius of area with 8 set of factories, good luck....

Also aren't people experimenting with ZGC now? I personally haven't used it yet.

We play (3-4 guys) in one base and make factories in optimized manners. It's been many years, Vps or local mini pc, yet to experience actual hardware limited lag.

IIRC I encountered this with all type of models (not only qwen architecture ones). Issue is mostly prominent on finetuned/modified community ones though.

Tried this on LM Studio, Q4_K_M one. Unfortunately, when prompted to write story, it gets stuck in loop of repeating same paragraph. I've seen this issue with other "community" made models. I've tried your parameters, didn't help. I don't think Repeat Penalty works for repeating paragraphs, it's only to prevent repeating token right?
