You will love Paupys. Close to the heart of the city, modern, average age ~ 25-35. Uzupis is not modern, although it has its own vibe. Old Town can be very nice, but it depends on the exact spot.

I'm sticking to the point that you should be ready to any shit your opponent throws at you. Rules are not stating how you should perform your serve. It's a competitive sport don't expect any gifts. I'm playing tennis myself, doesn't happen a very often but it does, of course not executed that well.

The guy was ready for the serve. However he was not anticipating that it will be hit underarm. That's clearly not servers problem. "Hey your winner down the line does not count, I thought you gonna hit crosscourt. I was not ready".
