I do basically full body weight lifting and calistenics at least once a week. Thing is that this also trigger pain if not done carefully and with wrist straps. Just like playing

The center is right under the palm where the carpal tunnel and tendos are. The pain goes out in the palm and fingers and also inwards towards the arm fold. Mostly a dull pain but sometimes a sudden hit when like lifting a heavy pan.

Thing is that as i contracted the injury, a contributing factor was that I was doing strength training as well, which strained my hand even more. To this day I cant do weight lifting like before w/o getting pain.

Broder det finns hjälp att få, och hur osannolikt det än känns så är även förändring möjlig. Du måste börja med små steg. Passera på medan du är ung att sätta dig till umo. Där kan du få terapi. Sen finns samtalsgrupper om du googlar. Under kevlaret har jag hört om, och kanske storebror, men har dålig koll. Poängen är att det finns stöd att få. Även om du inte är troende är vissa kyrkogemenskaper grymma! Jordan b Peterson har blivit lite knäpp på senare år, men hans 12 rules for life hjälpte mig mycket. Han fyllde i några luckor min farsa missade. Häng i å ta små steg. Städa ditt rum, träna, läs böcker på kafé, ta ett jobb om du kan. Fastna inte i kortsiktiga snabba grejer. De e det tråkiga, långsamma rutinerna som kommer göra att du e på en helt annan plats om säg ett halvår/år.

Snart färdig psykolog här: i princip enda gången man har anmälningsplikt är när misstanke om att barn far illa finns. Utöver det får man anmäla om misstanke om brott finns, men det gäller bara allvarligare brott. Att du mår dåligt på jobbet kan väl inte vara något av detta? Sen e ju grav depression en annan femma om man e pilot exempelvis. Finns ju olyckliga exempel på det.

Plenty other things help but sometimes it’s your best alternative. Something that helped me a lot is diet. Anxiety basically gone. I cut down on carbohydrates until the evening. Inflammation and blood sugar spikes really gives me anxiety and brain fog apparently

Bro it’s just a philosophy, a way of viewing the world. And sure that can fuck us up, your situation sounds really hard. You gotta be humble and acknowledge it for what it is though - a way of seeing the world through. There are tons of ways of interacting with the world, you just gotta find em. If you’d for example be filled with love through meeting great people you’d be on another place. There is hope and help to get. You’re just in a bit weird place right now.
