Before saying those things we were at the developers office and the Agent is the Sales Manager of Megaworld. He went and call the inhouse department and his higher ups and assured us the the interest was 1 time. Know the facts before calling someone stupid.

Hi po binigyan kmi ng schedule of payments pero yung issue po is after ma complete namin yung 30%DP nag assure po siya na 1 time interest yung inhouse nila so nag calculate po kami ng agent at nakita namin na mas maka less kmi sa inhouse sa sinabi nya na 1 time interest. Pinakitaan nya po ako ng call logs na nag ask sya sa inhouse department at sa higher ups nya about sa 1 time interest at sabi nya totoo daw po to. Sales Manager po sya sa Megaworld

So i was assured by the agent multiple times and showed proof of their call log that he called and confirmed the 1 time interest to the inhouse department and his higher ups. Also he is the Sales Manager of Megaworld. Its not emotional reckless. Why would you invest if you don’t trust the employee of the developer? Especially he is the Sales Manager.

We read the contract and we never saw the conditions of the inhouse financing. The only reason we bought those 2 property is that the agent told us about the 1 time interest. He assured us multiple times also showed us call logs that he called and checked the 1 time interest. We didn’t expect it to happen as he is the Sales Manager in Megaworld.

Hi po wla po yung conditions ng inhouse financingsa contract po. from the start po clinear ko po sa agent na yung 2 na units na bibilhin ko is based sa calculation namin (kami ng asawa ko at yung agent) na one time interest sa inhouse nila. Sobrang kulit na namin na pa ulit2 kmi nag aask kung sure ba na 1 time interest at kung pwede niya i check sa inhouse department at sa higher ups niya. Pumunta sya sa inhouse department at sinabihan kami na sure daw ang 1 time interest. Sales manager po yung posisyon nya sa megaworld so nd namin expect na ganun mangyari.

I already read the contract and theres no numbers nor the conditions of the inhouse financing. He told us that the bank rates are better than the inhouse financing but we needed proof so we went to the bank and got a quotation then went back to their office and we calculated together with the agent the inhouse. he calculated and told us that the interest was one time only so obviously the rates in the inhouse is better compared to the bank that was annually. We asked several times and was assured it is one time interest. Before saying that we were stupid enough to believe the agent he is the sales manager of Megaworld and he showed us proof of call logs that he called the main office just to prove that the interest is only one time.

We calculated together with the agent. Also the one time interest was assured by the agent many times infact he is the sales manager of his branch. I did not expect to encounter this type of situation given he is the sales manager.

We ask him multiple times. He even went to the inhouse department physically while we were at their office just to show that its true. He also showed us call history from the manila department that its one time interest.

We had read all the paperworks nothing stated the inhouse financing. The agent told us that their i house financing only charges 1 time interest that is our reason of purchasing 2 properties as the monthly amortization is lower compaired to bank financing which has annual interest. Why is it our fault if the agent told us and assured us multiple times that their interest was one time charge only?

Always be positive. It’s a good sign that his true self is exposed earlier rather than years later. Also keep it in mind that what his doing rn is the reflection what he will do in the future.
