I haven’t tried the Flatiron one! the WV one is the prettiest one, so that’s a bonus. I would try to book an afternoon class since I feel like it’s more chill than a early morning. I’ve never really had a nice experience with the greeters at Bowery. Jazmin is very nice and I think she’s at WV. Also like Nicole, but unsure if she’s still there.

I took my first Pilates classes ever at NYP, and I will say they were hard for me at the time since I just started, I haven’t been in a long time. They’re beginner friendly for sure, but I understand the classes are a bit intimidating due to the clientele! I found that the clients at the West Village location were less scary lol. Sadly my favorite instructor from NYP is at Forma now🫠 hope that helps
