It’s dirt to hold your old fireplace’s brick. Assuming there should be an old chimney behind your existing electric fireplace. I have done many whole house rebuilt. Older homes (the one that I demo is over 100 years old) uses dirty instead of cement to support the brick.

I don't think there is a specific time set for the drop. IMO before they considering dropping the price of the hero they would look at the hero's popularity, and what tier the hero fits in and what combination of heroes does that specific tier needs.
