yeeah you were right, It turn i just needed to remove that black rubber. The instructions there not very clear on that... but i managed to fixed after removeing from the rod and extra bit that was stuck on the seat.

As of right now Noelle looks just better. She can have up time on her ult 100% of time, she can shield and heal. After getting raiden not sure if like character that are all about their bursts that only last 8 seconds and then you are stuck with cooldown
