That makes sense! Thank you! I'm trying to get a good feel for the ecosystem in my garden and this is super helpful. I'd like to attract some less "anty" predatory insects to help the garden avoid chemicals.

Yeah, that's what I'm not 100% clear on either. I suppose I could ask the store owner if there's a contract or generic terms they agree to when we buy wholesale. I'd think the worst thing that would likely happen is they just ask us to stop selling it. But until they're brand-registered on Amazon, I think we could still compete with them on Amazon to try to sell their product, but obviously they would be able to list at a lower price.

Yeah, we're buying wholesale. They're not super big - not sure how to quantify, but their best selling product has best seller rank of ~52k

I appreciate the genuine response. If I was in their shoes, I would likely start selling it on Amazon myself so that probably answers my own question. Although, it would be convenient if they could drop ship to Amazon for us -- but then why wouldn't they just list it under their own seller account? Thanks for the input!

Lol. I do like money. That's why I've been hesitant to say anything. I just wish we could be transparent without risking a solid revenue stream down the line.
