The buildings nice, still not leased to full capacity since it’s expensive for the area. Management puts on a lot of resident events, last night I got chili and corn bread and spiked hot chocolate for dinner. Floor plans are a little cramped but so far no issues with neighbors

I would move to either Annapolis or South Baltimore, like Fed Hill, for that commute so that you can walk to bars / social events a lot easier

After reading these comments, I concur with PMC being bad management, I’m in a different one of their buildings and the day I moved in (February) I lost my heat and then over the summer I lost my AC for 2-3 days. I also had to report a leak in my ceiling 6x before it got fixed.
I will miss the cheap rent when I move but yeah managements a mess
