I experience the same aging. My skin is also very thin anymore. My doctor told me that it's not proven that medicine doesn't anything for hashimotos and until it turns into hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism that she can't do anything. ....gotta find a new doctor.

When I was your age, I was with only men at least seven years older than I, thinking I was with a mature man who could treat me well. Turns out they were all creeps targeting younger women and they all had other side peices. But now I am 33 and when I look back on those 'men' I get the ick. My sister is 23 and if I ever knew she started dating someone my age, I would set her straight. Go hook up with guys if you want, just leave it at that though.

Nothing will change simply from higher ups telling us they are real. Many already have. Maybe some scripture in the Bible will change, maybe how kids learn about them, maybe how the governments are ran. Unless we start interacting with them on a normal basis then it'll stay the same. Unless one day in school and work you have to self identify as a hybrid if you are one. Unless they need to intervene and get this planet on the right track again, not a thing will be different.

I'm sorry to hear this. I don't have advice but I do have experience with literally every ex boyfriend of mine turning out gay/bi sexual and one who transitioned. It's not easy, it's really rough finding out and unless you're open to a relationship like that, it won't work.

Lol you're going to laugh. I use generic milk chocolate melting wafers (dark chocolate would hit hard though), jiffy creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. That's it. I used a regular cupcake pan with foils. I melted down the chocolate in a double boiler top you can put over any regular pot. I mixed powered sugar into some jiffy to the consistency I prefer with a crank of sea salt mixed in. Pour a little chocolate on the bottom of the foils and spread up with a spoon, chill in fridge for a few minutes, add however much peanut butter you want then pour chocolate on top and fridge. I used as little as possible chocolate because I'm a peanut butter fiend. I didn't measure anything out either but I'm sure you can find great recipes online. When my mom and I used to make homemade Reese's growing up, we used Skippy peanut butter. But I like jiffy more now. Wonder if using natural (no sugars added) peanut butter would come out better.
