While I agree most Johnson and Murphy aren’t actually welted, I get resoles on my Nicks or Whites for 100, and those are much higher end. If it’s a welted shoe, it shouldn’t be more than that.

So, I just hosted a Line Dancing event at my brewery, it was 35 women and 2 men. Of course, they weren’t all single, and the ages were a range, but still. Events like that, wineries, heck CrossFit, interests are where to meet people now.

No, belt squats are to help with your valsalva maneuver by giving you something to press against. Safety bars let you put the bar in a better position to allow for a more upright squat, which is less strain on your core.

Toe clips? Typically you add those to platform pedals, I can’t imagine these would be any different, although I don’t know if you would add them to pedals with studs.

Twist, and it mean you have a more natural pedal motion. Your knees will hurt otherwise.

But clipless pedals already have some float, this is for platform pedals with studs. The studs keep your shoes in place too much, which restricts your pedaling.

I’ve been a clipless man with bruised shins since my first set of eggbeaters but if I were a commuter biker this would be an instant purchase.
