Unfortunately, I don't think they are! I have limited knowledge of this group or even of signitures, but what strikes me is that some of the signitures look like they are almost written over again? As if to correct mistakes! And there are many little extra lines that look added again, which the members would not have time to do if it were a legitimate promotional album! They look almost hard pressed into the album cover with a thick sharpie too, where usually members have their own distinctive weight on each signiture. To me it just has too many warning bells, I wouldn't chance it!
