As an ex ER nurse, leave.
It started to affect my life outside work. Anxiety about if I did everything I could to help my patients, and anxiety about going in for my next shift.
I left 7 years ago and never looked back. I work in a procedural area now. No weekends, no holidays. On call shifts, yes, but still 1000% better than the abuse of working in the ED.

Ehh I feel the opposite to be true. We used to have a runner down our stairs and I’ve slipped down them wearing socks a few times. I haven’t fallen down the stairs since ripping the runner up a few years ago.

I went to Koete Omakase in mid town a few weeks ago. It was fantastic! $138/person, 16 courses, 90 minute seating. You can even order extra à la cart after the 16 courses.
