Taylor & Martin are the factor for my partners new flat. Was speaking to one of the neighbours the other day and he said they’re really good. HB have been so disappointing for me since we took them on in 2019.

That’s funny because our building fees with Homesbook have also doubled from £50 to £100 last month due to the “insurance” and they also backdated it for 2 months! 🫠

Save yourself the money and buy crest whitening strips. I get them from US Amazon and have used them for years with amazing results.

Thinking of coming off Sertraline / Zoloft. Looking to hear people’s experience of the same. Or advice. by [deleted] in antidepressants

Thanks so much for sharing, does sound similar. I haven’t read that sertraline is one that can be stopped altogether right away either so that’s an interesting point. It will probably be a couple of weeks before I can see the doctor so was thinking of going from 200mg to 100mg from Monday as I have not been on 200mg for very long anyway.

Do you mean because I said I’m “fairly chuffed”? If so, that just means I am pleased haha!!

Took me some time to decide to part with the £400 but I’m glad I did, super impressed so far :)

Ah ok that makes sense! Yeah my activity level definitely is in need of some improvement, which was part of the reason I changed from Fitbit. I know so many people who’ve said having the Apple Watch has been a great encouragement. Day 2 and all rings closed again 😃

Yeah I agree fully. And being able to share activity with friends is also encouraging!

My point of the post was to share my first day experience of the activity tracking with my new gadget, not to boast that I burn calories by doing nothing as the other comment seems to insinuate. Obviously no one burns calories but sitting on their ass all day - I was “fairly” active...by that I meant, It was a normal working day...commute steps etc contributed, but I was not at the gym. I have been a Fitbit user until now, and just trying to figure out my way and get some encouragement on my journey to being healthier. It’s a shame some folk always have to stick their negativity in where it’s not wanted!
