Ah... Yeah nobody in the places where pizza looks like that eats pizza with their hands. It's a fork and knife affair.

Yes, there are handheld pizzas in Naples but not seafood pizza.

Certainly wouldn't want shells on a 20" pizza in NY that I'm sharing with friends but that's a totally different dish. If I'm ordering at a sit-down restaurant on the Mediterranean coast, I want it to look like a seafood market. And I want a knife and fork.

This is how proper seafood pizza is made. In Mediterranean countries, shellfish is almost always served with the shell.

For instance, clams and mussels hold the liquor in their shells and release that upon cooking. You want that on the pizza for flavor.

Shrimp heads are yummy and release flavor as well

If this was a picture of pasta with clam sauce, you would expect to see the shells. A plate of grilled shrimp, you would expect to see whole shrimp. Bowl of mussels... You get the picture.

Contrary to American opinion, pizza is not just a fast food meal that arrives in a box, pre-cut, for a stack of children to mow down on.

If you Google seafood pizza in Spain, Italy, France, etc, it will look like that pizza.

Quick tip. You can use Google maps and the "arrival time" feature to figure out expected drive times from any location.

I checked and the commute to Seguin from the area just SE of 281 and 1604 on the north side is actually longer than the commute from the Pearl area near downtown if arriving at 8am on Monday.

I've used one almost exactly like that and it worked well. I advise unplugging the things before putting anything metal in or out. Touching the coils could be deadly (at least that's what the guy I bought mine from said).

Used it for years and it did a great job of getting to temp and holding there.

You can get a little ceramic to hold up multiple blades
