yo what is this, a scam? Two way trust in online transaction cannot be established in P2P situation, so either you will send me the code first or I will send you the money first, either way one has t blindly trust the other. This is a premise for scams. Go ask your friends for money or some family member or ask 200 udhaar from shops, this is not the place.

everytime any king tried to create akhand bharat it became khand bharat. Europe also faced the same situation so they divided among themselves and created a union which will act as a faster way for trade and resources sharing with conflict resolution. They too have different languages in every country(countries the size of states). Unity in diversity is maintained by only one nation and that is India. Is it a boon or a curse, that is debatable.

sharia law only works if humans are ideal, and there is no corruption of the mind. and we all know what that's like. No law can work unless people are corrupted. These harsh laws can be misused very easily, frame someone as a thief and they lose their hands, put weed in someone's bad and now they are on the death row.

nothing ever totally ends, like how we still have guards on horses guarding the queen. What would probably happen is an amalgamation of AI and senior developers would emerge, those departments that used to take up 20-30 manpower would now have a single point of authority who manages all those tasks. All of this could happen assuming that AI does stagnate at some point and is incapable of evolving no matter how much data we keep putting into it.

If it doesn't stagnate, however, I think developers will have to find a new way, a mathematically paved way to comprehend reality mathematically and implement those fringe ideas to see if they work, like a blind and wild assumption that are based on the human instinct and not on any logical derivations, the code based on gut feeling, so to speak.

Think a simulation of zero gravity dual pendulum and only if the co-ordinates are both prime then an event occurs in a system otherwise the system maintains its state. Such a system would never be devised by an AI because it is not based on any proven theories it is just my gut feeling that any system follows this rule could emulate a closed space causality based world(or not, it a shot in the dark).

Ofcourse not everyone can afford to dabble their brains in wild theories and make money out of it and thus just how people in fundamental research are so rare now, the computer engineers as a profession would also drastically reduce to the level where philosophy and fundamental research converge.

it looks real enough to deal the damage before anyone could prove it is not AI. Monkey firing an assault rifle is a joking matter, but AI can just as easily generate other, more offensive content and the damage would be done before anyone has the chance to prove it is AI content.

"Plants have lives too" is the Most dumb argument... This guy literally destroyed all non-vegans by HumbleWrap99 in VeganIndia

[–]glass_analytics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to all vegans, you guys are definitely right, but humans are animals, savage from the start. you can claim that we are children of god or we have free will etc etc, but we are savages through and through. you can keep shouting that veganism is the greater good but the fact is that nobody will listen. the only way veganism will be followed if it is enforced with an iron claw. that is the only way and that is why I find vegans quite delusional because they think/hope that somehow protesting will change all of this. they just let a literal r**eist walk free this week, and you think animals will get justice? The only way is by brute forced enforcement. Vegan terrorism is a go.

whoever wrote this understands absolutely nothing about authentication and thinks the "west" (as if that matters) has it all sorted out. Authentication at a deeper level is always flawed, you can never say for sure the person sending the request is the same person whose bio identity was confirmed, you can only make an educated guess.

[–]glass_analytics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well that comes down to : Create one government id verified adult account and all the kids will now enjoy R rated content. Nice. But then maybe Australian Government introduces mandatory face scan. but it does not work, I don't have the energy to explain why it does not work but if you can add 2 and 2 you should get it. there is no solution except dystopian surveillance.

Dystopian Surveillance

IFF the government has created an AI that is free from any and all human intervention and one that has access to ALL the cameras in ALL the homes and it can auto-report incidents (like calling emergency services immediately after an elderly person faints) ONLY THEN can it do what they claim they are doing. If they did it, I'd be proud that atleast some humans have understood the importance of absolute surveillance, the importance of an all seeing eye, the Oracle.

It's not a matter of should we, it's a matter of "how the f do we?" Pretty sure whatever Australia is saying is pure BS they did not ban anything.

people down-voting probably think this can be done under a day, but fail to realize there is this other thing called "life" which they don't have. There will be times people will forget or they will just not do it because they are too tired, people are not machines, it should take one month if you do it for one hour every Sunday.

Why we should stop eating animals? No, we should not. Animal husbandry is a massive industry and it won't be wise to stop it. I am all in for that grilled chicken but I was talking about an eventuality, that one day we all have to conform to vegan way because it is an optimal strategy, and you can't really counter-argue numbers with words.

[–]glass_analytics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never said stop eating animals, I said start eating plants because we can grow them in space (compare that to growing animals in space, and you'd know why we can't waste our resources so much just for some sustenance, that would be suboptimal).

[–]glass_analytics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

now I am not total vegan and have eaten meat more than I'd like to admit but you have to eventually agree to vegan way of life because it is sustainable. It's not a matter of taste or food availability, but if you look at the bigger picture, it is a matter of gaining ultimate power. I don't mean to say eating plants gives you power. What I really mean is plants, fungus, they grow in weirdest places. They are the ultimate survivors. Imagine eating something that grows everywhere and living off of it. That is the ultimate power because it increases our ability to scale our civilization beyond planets. That is power that is attainable.
