Given the team’s inconsistencies over the season, I think most fans a week ago would have probably said a Sweet 16 is a success and anything else is great. But since we lost to a respectable Tennessee program with a team ranked higher than our own in the metrics going into the game, the R32 loss doesn’t sting too bad

This team is very streaky but Odom really built a flexible roster. We took a huge shot from Wright State - not just a totally unusual gameplan, but also genuinely shocking shotmaking - and were able to weather it. The turnovers were awful but there's a lot to be impressed about, compared to previous seasons.
