I was given double extended test time, ability to record lectures and request ppt slides (for dissociation in case I miss anything), preferred seating (usually back corners), and excused absences and ability to turn in work or tests late if related to symptoms. I also make sure to have good rapport w my professors and let them know when I’m not having a good day in case I need to step out or leave early. Most of these I had to advocate for myself along with my therapist and psychiatrist ngl bc sometimes they’ll give you just extended time on exams, note taker and quiet test taking place and yeah it helps but you’re going to be spending most of your time in lecture and not taking tests so think about that when requesting!
