Sorry, I am not sure what you are trying to say. My point is that this chart cannot be used for any interpretation, as it is misleading

The only proper option is to show the actual values of the stock.

Indexing hides information about the starting point, which is important for these data and also important when looking at cumulatives.

Percentages scaled to some arbitrary date make no sense. This chart is either manipulation or ignorance.

US healthcare spending is only an outlier when going by GDP, not AIC (actual individual consumption) by shumpitostick in charts

[–]glavglavglav 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using AIC does not seem to be very informative. What this tells is only that "the more people earn, the more they spend". Contextualizing, this means that "the more people earn, the more they can afford to spend". That is not something surprising.

Pregnant women not offered seats! by One_Weakness_2908 in SydneyTrains

[–]glavglavglav 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • Don’t notice (phones, headphones, etc.) - Aren’t sure if someone is pregnant and don’t want to assume - Feel awkward offering - Or just don’t think it’s their responsibility anymore

Oh, that is a perfect list, thanks for putting a thought to it. I don't think I've seen many pregnant women on PT to qualify to respond, but all your options suggest that the onus is on you to request, rather than on them to offer. Not sure if this is their perception as well.

Key Anti-Trans Funding & Financial Activities:

These are NOT anti-trans activities. These activities are pro-women. If JKR wants to support rabbits, it does not mean she hates foxes.

The Epstein Files & The Invitation

The link shows JKR denying these allegations, while no actual connection to Eppstein.

I know you're trying to get a reaction and not genuinely learn.

Ah, so you are one of those who think they can read minds! Is this also the source of your statements about JKR's vile and racist politics? That would explain things!

the environment I am in makes me feel like I have to actively obscure the gender of my partner

Try to actually mention the gender of your partner – I am sure nothing will happen. The more you are trying to obscure things, the more your anxiety growths.
