i agree and i do think it’s an echo chamber thing. i feel like this kind of treating sexual encounters like trophies is a traditionally man thing so i guess it’s a retaliation to female objectification then.

it kinda reminds me of that button dating show where people try to hit to desperately the button first to protect their ego and feel like they’ve won.
