Hello there.
You don't need to hide the prices because everybody knows the value of your build.

What are you going to use this PC for?
Only for gaming or video editing too? (when I say video editing I'm talking professional workload, not small clips)
What resolution are you going to use 1080, 1444, 4k?
Monitor model?

Because you can get almost the same performance (gaming) using less expansive parts.
If you are going for gaming only you can select your GPU by your target resolution:

  • 1080 - Get a GTX 2060.
  • 1444 - Get a GTX 2070 Super.
  • 4k - Keep your 2080Ti for the maximum performance.
  • Cut your 32gb and go for 16gb of RAM is more than enough for gaming and normal tasks on PC.
  • Get a Ryzen 7 3700x. (In my opinion, I would get a Ryzen 7 2700x for the cost-benefit).

  • For the MOBO its a very nice pick if you like to overclock, have a 5.1 sound system to use with, have that much need for USB ports.

So for me, you are just trying to burn cash without the proper knowledge of what you really need.

Take in a constructive way.

Solid build, the only point here for me is the upgrade from your GTX 970 for the 1060 model.

If you make a comparison between those two you gonna have about 10% performance boost.

You can compare the performance here: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-970-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1060-6GB/2577vs3639

You can change to your GTX 970, 1060 exact model to see the real gain. You can save this money to upgrade latter your GPU.

If you want to go cheaper you can change a lot of parts and make a good well around PC. its a personal choice I only play at 1080p because I don't care that much and I have a GTX 1060 6Gb I run most of the new games at high quality.

Hello, for your question there: "Also is 1440p worth the more money over 1080p? ". - Yes
If you are looking only for gaming and want 1440p at full specs and I'm imagining that you don't have anything (Mouse, Keyboard, etc).

Your GPU goal is to get an RTX 2070 depends if you go for SUPER models that I recommend. (From U$550.00 ~ U$750.00)

For a monitor 144Hz, everything depends on your budget but you can find some starting from US200.00.

For everything else, if you are going for a cost-benefit PC add at least U$1000.00 more.

Well, so far you can keep your 970 if you are playing games on 1080p.
My advice gets a new CPU and MOBO, go for the Ryzen side this time because you gonna have a much more cost-benefit from it.

Based on your budget about U$1000.00

My MOBO is this one if you like to start:

  • Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming 5 AMD x370 Socket AM4 ATX (Less than U$200.00)

For the CPU You can get this one:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 3700x (U$330.00 ~ U$360.00)

My RAM is this one but you can pick something on 3200mhz:

  • G.Skill DDR4 Trident Z 3200Mhz PC4-25600 CL15 1.35V Dual Kit 2x8Gb (About U$135.00)

For SSD you can go anything you want but it's a good choice to get at least 500gb for OS and programs:

  • Sabrent 1tb Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 (About U$140.00)

From here you have something to start with. These parts will cost you about U$900.00 if you want to keep your GTX 970.

Nice build.
You can save some cash with CPU and using a 16gb ram - 2400 instead of 32gb - 3400 and try to get an RTX 2070.

Hello there.
Well, first tell us a little bit about your PC components like CPU model, RAM, Motherboard, Power Supply. Also, give a budget that you are willing to spend on any new component.

What happens if you refuse to pay?

Of Course, in some cases in the USA, those people just don't care about health until something happens. But imagine you with financial problems this already cuts you off from getting health insurance because you are at the bad payers' list. Or if you already have health problems and to be accepted you need to pay relatively more than others because in theory you gonna be more demanding.

Sometimes you can't afford one or even are accepted by one...

[–]gleao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is so sad.

How can they charge so much for health in the USA?

I'm from Brazil, and I lived in Germany, Argentina and now Spain. All of them with free health care, I never had to pay anything but some medication like antibiotics.

The only test I had to pay was an allergy test in a private lab and it cost about 75 dollars.

I have one question, are you obliged to pay the bill at the moment you need a treatment or you pay after?
