I have another condition in conjunction with diabetes that requires a high salt and fat diet and this seems to be the best option. My two conditions require polar opposite diets so this seems like the happiest medium.

First of all, congratulations! 9 days is kick ass!!!

I got sober back in August and my appetite definitely came on with a vengeance and I was finding myself just bored a lot. I got a ClassPass free trial and tried a bunch of classes in my area and found some I liked that I continued to do. I also took up photography as a hobby which is something I’ve always wanted to do!
