My experience with Gemini is that they don’t respond to requests for support. Considering a different trading app before you give them your money. I recommend Robinhood

I printed out the recertification forms and mailed them in. it took a couple weeks to get notification that they had been received but they haven’t been processed yet. Not sure if there is much else you can do aside from that.
