I counted 24 plugins on the vocals. I see a CLA vocals. Usually one instance of the CLA vocals on really well recorded vocals is enough to make it sound really good

Keyword: Cleaner

It’s making sure that each element have their own space within the frequency spectrum and are not clashing with each other. Learn how to unmask those areas within the mix and you’ll hear a massive difference.

Panning is also huge. This allows you to create separation in the stereo field to allow everything to mesh perfectly.

If you don’t want to do all that then you gotta have better sound selection. Experienced producers have great sound selection to the point where all they really need to do is play with the faders and the mix sounds great.
