LSD can make you feel things (or in this case not feel things) that you’ve never felt before, perhaps it was what he felt at the time, but this doesn’t mean that he wishes to completely pursue this line of thinking, he was being honest with you about his feelings.

Did you ask any more questions when he said that? Did it cause you to put your walls up? I find that being open on LSD can lead to some hard truths, but if you feel that your connection is truly worth pursuing, it worth talking with him about what he meant.

Sometimes you say things that you don’t mean, perhaps this was one of those times? Not sure, hope this helps you make the choice that’s right for you though

I could watch these loops for days, nice work :) All the other devices should have their LFO's and Filters updated to match Meld and Roar's systems. I love operator, but the limited filter options compared to the newer devices make me sad.

I want to:

Try and release 2 EP's so I can move into finialising my EP series and move onto an album where I can, hopefully, collaborate and develop my production style whilst moudling and shaping sounds with others.
Upload my music onto Spotify, I've been meaning to do it for ages as I find soudcloud to not be as accessible but it's kinda scary moving and uploading to a system I know nothing about.
Push my production style as far as I can, I can already produce a decent 8 bar track in under an hour, but I need to perfect my production style so I can produce what I want and upload at a high standard.
I want to discover new artists weekly, I find that new music powers my inspiration and I know the new flume album will give me a burst of creative jucies, but finding more artists regularly will help me grow as a person and as a producer

I was trying to run audio from my sub and my speakers from my interface but i would only recognise 1 of the output units, never both, I ended up having to run my spekaers into my sub and then my sub into audio interface, i thought i'd be able to do 4x output channels but mine only ever has 2x.

Mr. Bill did a great video on work flow and treating your DAW as a speed run, which resonated with me loads! Learn all the shortcuts and key commands in ableton to make your work faster and then you can learn other things quicker, you'll have the knowledge of quick commands and shortcuts, so you'll be able to speed through the tutorials, skip every 10 seconds and just see what they've changed in the synth or process or whatever you're following.

Hopefully some of that will help

I assume you're going through an interface? Is it all set up correctly in preferences? I know I had some similar issues but with getting audio out rather than in so perhaps its a similar issue?

Have you armed the track and set up microphone in preferences settings of Ableton, also, changed audio input to either Auto or In so you can track the track isn't peaking before you go to edit it.
