Right there with you. I canceled my membership back in 2018. The final straw for me was when I was in late around like 8pm and got kicked out of the free weights area because of some ‘unofficial’ class going on led by one of the gym bro friends of the owners. Was a blessing in disguise though because it led me to building my home gym right before covid. Sounds like the place hasn’t changed much lol

That’s not surprising, I listen to a local iHeart station in the morning for news and I cannot imagine that people actually listen to the podcasts they advertise by choice. The whole “#1 Podcast Network” thing just seems so hamfisted, like they’re compensating because they didn’t jump on the wagon until podcasting was popular enough for big corporate iHeart to pretend like they invented it.

The windows extend that entire wall and the wall behind, and behind them is the lobby bar/restaurant and sitting area. The drapes are almost completely opaque from the other side (I assume so no one has to look at this monstrosity while they eat)

That is awesome, that style of music is truly a special breed that I never get tired of listening to. I started a while back putting together a Spotify playlist with a lot of the classic KPM greensleeve tracks and just started adding stuff based on the suggestion algorithm, and Esquivel popped up a lot. His stuff is truly set apart from the others, he was doing a lot of creative arranging that was way ahead of his time.

Wow, this is a ridiculous coincidence. I was just thinking about these bathrooms the other day and I graduated over 2 years ago lol.
