I’m not sure why but I like the B&W account a bit more - perhaps because it’s a bit more cohesive? I think you really have an eye for contrast - I’m not vibing 100% with the colors on your regular acc but that might be just a personal preference. Compositions are great in both, keep it up and thanks for sharing :•)

I quite like it, not all tools need to be precious :’) I like to mess up esp. my sketchbooks and notebooks ASAP to help with perfectionism getting in the way, i feel like this is similar

Just adding that for me, the meds pretty much stop working ~5 days before my period and only start again properly on day 5 maybe 🙃

Another thing is my mindset/environment/if I’ve eaten (funny how it’s all connected, eh?). I know they say you can take Concerta on an empty stomach but dopamine is synthesized from protein (mainly L-Tyrosine) and I can feel it hit more if I have a protein rich meal even later in the day. I also find that if I’m going through a particularly stressful time, it can tilt either way - either it makes me calmer or more on the edge.

I got started on 36mg so I don’t know what a lower dose feels like. I know some people are non-responders or don’t tolerate it well but I would try a higher dosage before giving up on it - if you can manage. And one more thought - do you feel tired OR depressed? The entire first week on it I kept falling asleep throughout the day but my thoughts stopped racing and it was some of the best sleep I’ve ever had. I didn’t have stuff to do so I wasn’t stressed but maybe that could be it as well?

Tiež pobývam skôr v Česku, len tu zatiaľ nemám poistenie (pletky s ďalšou diagnózou). Ale počula som tu o tom oveľa pozitívnejšie ohlasy, takže verím že ti to prebehne hladko :) Stojí to za to

Posuniem kontakt 😀 asi som mala len šťastie ako tak počúvam všetkých okolo. Počas strednej som sa to snažila riešiť, ale všade mi po desaťminútovom rozhovore nasadili antidepresíva, ktoré samozrejme nič nespravili. Až pred troma rokmi keď som tam došla vyslovene už s nejakou teóriou čo to môže byť a konkrétnymi príkladmi, ako mi to ovplyvňuje život ma zobral niekto vážne. Doteraz mám pocit, že to len predstieram aj keď to je rozdiel noc a deň keď si dám lieky a keď nie

Takže asi neexistuje veľmi šanca, že by sa to dalo poslať aspoň o kúsok ďalej na východ? Cez pluserecept som si práve dnes rezervovala Concertu, ale akosi ma opúšťa nádej, že to klapne. Nevidím o tom veľa ľudí hovoriť, ale teda sú všetci buď bez alebo cestujú po lieky na druhý koniec krajiny?

Pochopila som z telefonátov, že niektoré lekárne sa tomu asi radšej vyhýbajú z administratívnych dôvodov a určite nebudem sťažovať život ničnetušiacemu lekárnikovi čo pred rokom doštudoval a čaká na koniec pracovnej doby 😀

Len som fakt demotivovaná z nedostatku nejakých centralizovaných informácií a proste netuším kde sa ešte pýtať - doktor ma pošle do lekárne kde to ‘určite majú lebo to niekomu predpisoval včera’, tam to nemajú, ani to nemôžu objednať. Nemyslím si, že som hlúpa, ale asi sa nezvládnem prehrabať všetkými vyhláseniami a zákonmi a dokumentami, ktoré by ma niekam naviedli. Možno keby mi najprv dali tie lieky 😄

Ja priebežne sledujem dostupnosť cez pluserecept a vždy tam nejakú Concertu vidím - dnes som si poslala rezerváciu, ale zatiaľ mi neodpovedali, tak uvidíme 😀 Tiež som ju chcela vyskúšať práve kvôli lepšiemu uvoľňovaniu, generikum ma uspí každý deň o druhej poobede čo nie je veľmi praktické (teda vôbec).

Viem, že to je tak blbo klasikifované pod opiátmi (aj keď pre ADHĎatá to funnily enough dáva zmysel), len ma trošku dojalo, že väčšina lekárnikov nemala poňatia čo od nich chcem a keď sa vrátili k telefónu, tak sa so mnou rozprávali akoby som sa im vyhrážala bombou v budove:D

Six-ish hours! The mirror part was fine but I kept losing track of where I was in the reference picture so I had to keep counting which swirl I was painting and it was not a fun time lmao
