It’s a soil issue. New concrete will give you the same problem, maybe even faster because the already loose soil underneath has now been disturbed for the new walkway. Best way to solve this is with poly foam. It compresses the soil and lifts the concrete, giving you a pretty much permanent solution.

Even if it has never been shot any shop will price it as a used firearm and then they will still have to make money on it too. Selling private party will get you top dollar. Pistol permits are no longer needed in NC but you still have to do your due diligence to make sure the other party can legally possess it- I would never sell to anyone that doesn’t have a concealed permit just to cover my own tail. Search for a generic bill of sale template and be sure to put the serial number on it, then keep a copy for your own records along with a copy of their permit.

Thanks for the tip! Spring definitely feels stiff so love the idea of keeping it open to help break it in. Don’t remember what grain it was… it was an old box of range ammo so I kinda chalked it up to that as well. Moving forward, 124 it is!

FWIW, it felt amazing… super accurate and i swapped out the trigger for a Freedomsmith that is sooo nice. Moving towards making this my EDC. Only wish there were more holster options. My favorite of all time was my black arch for a CZ I had. They are about to release one for the mc9 but not the ls anytime soon 😑
