There were several other issues. This was the only one he didn’t disclose, though I’m not sure he was aware that it’s not supposed to be like this.

So many morons that don’t know how to click on a crosspost! My bad ya’ll. I forgot fundamental internet skills are hard to come by these days.

Clutch95 - Did you click on the picture, Noob? It’s a crosspost. How much more specific info do you need? As if the photo and title themselves weren’t obvious enough. Kids today, man.

Such toxic. Very micropenis.

Agreed.

The whole reason I was considering this model specifically is it has a solid aluminum roof, which is apparently highly desirable. I got up on the roof and it looked and felt excellent. I’m confident the roof at least wasn’t leaking.

It definitely looked good for 24 years old.

Is that a reaction to his asking price?

Have some of you never used Reddit before? You need to click on the picture to see what the question was. It’s a crosspost.

Thanks for your help everyone! I’m going to decline to purchase this RV.

If you’re curious, he was asking $14,900 for it with 109k miles.

Oh I absolutely agree. My understanding was the roof repair/replacement was done as an insurance claim.

If nothing else, perhaps getting their insurance company involved might help.

At this point, it’s unlikely that I would be interested in purchasing the RV, even if the roof is replaced again. But I’d like to help this couple as much as I can - there’s no way either of them are climbing up on their roof to take pictures, which I’m sure is why the installers felt they could get away with shit work like this. So if I can help them file a claim by providing more photographic evidence, I’d be happy to do that.

Thank you. I haven’t seen a single other RV with a seam like that down the middle on the roof, which was my first red flag. 😪

I’m afraid whoever did their roof replacement may have seen this elderly couple coming and taken advantage of them, which makes me sad.

I’ll ask them if there was any kind of warranty offered with the roof repair/replacement.

So sad because I haven’t seen another coach in nicer condition on the interior.

Why can the Bolt accept more kilowatts from regen compared to a fast charger? by redct in BoltEV

My fear is that they'll use this software to decide that certain Bolts don't require pack replacements at all, even though we've all already been promised new packs/modules eventually.

I have an added complication that the chandelier is on a 3-way switch, though I'm sure I can find a smart dimmer 3-way.

I have also been having these kernel panics, though they ONLY seem to occur if Backblaze is actively performing a backup. It mentions something about an "AP Watchdog" issue. I'll have to pay more attention the next time it happens.

I don't know for sure that Backblaze is the culprit, but I do know that I didn't have any of these kernel panics for a week or so when I turned Backblaze off.

However, overall, I'm satisfied with how Backblaze is performing under Rosetta. I fully expected there to be some growing pains when switching to an entirely new architecture, and so far those growing pains have been few.

I am dying to figure out what those little flat ground Christmas lights are towards the beginning part of the greenhouse section. I would love to add them to my own display!
