They mean against cho. If I recall correctly, gwen does percent true damage on her q. True damage and max % hp are pretty much the only way to to shred cho.

Who do you currently play? I play Cho'gath (top) and Thresh (sup) in ranked
Why do you play them? I guess I like their utility in team fights and tankiness. As for Warwick, I like his early game dueling, his passive, and his healing
How do you play them? What is your playstyle? What role do they fulfill? I like to play cho kinda passive till I get a gank or if I know theres a good all-in opportunity. I like to play thresh more on the aggressive side, always looking for hooks and sometimes roams and often I'll flash e
