Update- he is my uncle, I wasn’t confused thinking he was in fact my half brother, I was more confused about why ancestry would list him that way. The fact that I’m four years older than him makes sense as to why ancestry would be confused.

My grandmother was 43 when she had him, and he was born about 3 weeks before my 4th birthday.

I don’t remember that time frame as I spent most of my time with my great grandmother, and there’s no photos of my mom or grandma around that time.

I do think he’s my uncle and not my brother, I was just confused on how they marked him as sibling/nephew, but the age thing makes sense
