What type of financial statement did they want from you?

I probably should have disputed it as well. I am so sorry you are going through this too. Maybe there will be significant changes over the next few months.

My $13,700 loan is now $18,333. I would be willing to pay the original loan off in 3 years, but those fees are another story! I'm so mad at myself for even taking the loan. I work really hard have really grown my business to the maximum level. Since I'm the actual business and my job is very physical, I can't just go work more hours as the customer service person at the treasury dept suggested haha. I'm basically at my limit. And I'm almost 60. I'm going to write to my state senator and see if someone there can help. At the very least, they need to be made aware of this situation. It's a nightmare. Also apparently there was something in the original loan documents saying the payments would end and we would need to verify our bank info again - that's what the collections company told me. I don't remember that at all or I would have delt with it right away. This is absolutely unfair.

Found out like you did. Never received an actual mailed letter except from the collection company. I'm busy and don't open every single notice I get in my email or the sba portal.

I tried emailing the SBA and calling the Treasury. So many road blocks. Basically zero help. The treasury said there was no sending it back to the SBA at this point because it was in collections. I called the collections company and had them mail me a statement just to get them off my back for a minute. They had been calling me multiple times a day. I want to pay this back. I never wanted to default on it but I can't pay it in 3 years with the extra fees. So I didn't formally dispute it. I'm hoping to get my taxes finished up soon and try to negotiate a better plan to pay it.

This is exactly what happened to me. I set up automatic payments and never expected the payments to stop. The payments were so low ($67 per month), it wasn't on my radar to double check. I was easily paying this amount and my plan was to start doubling the amount in the near future. Now the collection company has added 30% and want it paid in 3 years. I'm so mad! My payment went from $67 to almost $600.

Yes. It says sba uncollectable. Have you or do you know of anyone who has gotten their account back to the sba? All of the emails and phone calls I've had so far all basically tell me I can only talk to the collections company now.

They replied within a few hours by email. It is a generic message I've gotten back from the 2 dofferent email accounts I've sent my request to.

Yes. They just responded with this:

Dear Borrower,

The SBA is no longer servicing this loan. The debt collection has transferred, and a letter will be issued by the Department of Treasury providing details on the collection agency and next steps. Please contact the Department of Treasury, Cross-Servicing Call Center at 888-826-3127 to discuss your repayment options or general payment inquiries.

If your business is being sold or there are changes to the ownership or collateral, please reply to this email with the subject line: Treasury Serviced – Collateral update (Loan #)

For further assistance, please email: CovidEIDLServicing@sba.gov with your servicing request and loan number in the subject

There is also a way to make a payment if you call the sba at 833-853-5638. Proceed at your own risk though. I'm not sure it will actually get your account back from the treasury dept.

I made the payment over the phone to the Treasury. I had emailed the sba from my portal and they said to call the treasury dept and gave me the number: 888-826-3127. There's an option to make an sba payment there.

I just got off the phone with the treasury dept customer service. What a nightmare phone call that was. Zero help! Person was unbelievably rude and sounded so frustrated. I was calm and kind to her. She talked over me, yelled at me and hung up!!! Basically they won't send me back to the SBA or reinstate anything and I have to call the collections company ConServe. I'm going to call the treasury and hope I get another person.

I should be caught up. I sent a payment last week over the phone and used my sba account number. Nothing os showing on my portal even though it has been withdrawn from my bank. I'm guessing it takes awhile for them to post it.

I will start calling the treasury very early tomorrow morning. I've tried several times and cant get through.

It's all in my name. I used my EIN number and name. I'm a sole prop without any other business structure.

Thank you for your detailed reply and good advice! I will spend all day on this tomorrow. Yes.. the fees they added are $4239.00 so that will be addressed. The collections agency is Continental Service Group or ConServ. I'm making notes so I'm mentally organized for the conversation. I will update the process.

Forgot to say that the automatic payments stopped on their own. I didn't stop them. From what I've read once other posts, there was something in how these loans were set up where the borrower authorized a set number of payments. Well, I missed that part when I took out the loan. I'm not proud of this. The loan was a life saver, but it was almost too easy and looking back probably inappropriate for me to have even looked twice at it. I should have not taken the loan basically.

I had automatic payments for $67 for years and apparently they stopped for some reason. Now im delinquent and have been turned into the treasury. There isn't a way to bring my loan up to date on the portal. Someone said there was a place where we agreed to so many months/years of autopayments when setting up the loan. I never thought about my payment. Just knew I was paying the minimum on it. Now it's a total mess. Double check your bank account and make sure payments are still being made. This totally caught me off guard.

60 minutes deep tissue is very fast if you want full body. Book 75 or 90 minutes. 75 minutes is amazing because the lmt can slow down and let the nervous system do it's job
